The 10-6 Miami Dolphins missed the playoffs last season, meanwhile the 7-9 Washington Football Team made the playoffs. Weird playoff seeding and matchups happen in almost all sports. I am not upset the Avs played Vegas in the 2nd round rather than the 3rd round.

Autopsy of the #GoAvsGo loss to Vegas: plug in Kadri and put Erik Johnson in the place of Nemeth. Avs win that series in 6 or 7. This should have been a semi final between the two top finishers in the NHL, not round 2. And DeBoer solved the Avs zone exit and active defense.
