ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Broadstone Net Lease, Inc., an internally-managed real estate investment trust ("BNL"), announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 33,500,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The underwriters also have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,025,000 shares of Class A Common Stock from BNL at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares of Class A Common Stock are expected to begin trading on September 17, 2020 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BNL" and the closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 21, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
BNL intends to use the net proceeds from its initial public offering to repay borrowings under its unsecured term loan and revolving credit facility, and for general business and working capital purposes, including potential future acquisitions.
