#AmyCovidBarrett #SCOTUS Thank you for enabling the COVID super spreaders. There’s nothing better than government sanctioned religious fervor to help a deadly virus spread to more new victims.

@JonFlan Unless we Flip the Senate with the Georgia Senate election unfortunately this will remain True. Go to my pinned tweet, tap & see the links to help Ossoff & Warnock. Then Joe Biden can realign SCOTUS.

What a truly terrifying appalling decision. Justice Sotomayor’s dissent in this case, as in the prison case, & Justices Ginsburg & Kagan’s in the COVID voting cases, will be the written record of how 4 justices on the SCOTUS valiantly tried to save the nation from this pandemic.

By 5-4 votes (with Justice Barrett in the majority and the Chief dissenting) #SCOTUS has enjoined NY’s limits on in-person religious services pending appeals by Catholic and Jewish houses of worship: Justice Sotomayor’s dissent gets right to the point:

Would Jesus gather his millions of followers together in a building during a pandemic? Just because #SCOTUS or Republicans say it’s okay doesn’t mean it’s okay. It’s irresponsible, reckless & not necessary because you don’t have to gather in large crowds to practice religion.

Ominous, ignorant, and disappointing that a group gets special permission from SCOTUS to physically endanger others, including those not in their community, just because of their religion. It’s anti-life. ⁦@NYGovCuomo⁩

Can I sue the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn for putting me and others in danger with this BS SCOTUS decision they wanted? Their religious beliefs do NOT get to take priority over public safety and health.

This is one of the most probable outcomes as the latest decision seems to suggest that @scotus is NOT compromised - 12th amendment is also a possibility Trump has the best odds - by far! If only we had a balanced media reporting this reality to avoid riots for 🧡

The overwhelming importance of SCOTUS is due,in no small part,to the failures of our other branches of government. As a government experiences dysfunction, branches take on new functions in society, like brain plasticity causes adaptation & repurposing of regions of damaged brains

Interesting #SCOTUS had their hearing socially distanced at their But it’s cool. 7,000 people in a church for a wedding in a pandemic is apparently fine because of the First Amendment. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

.@NYGovCuomo since the laws and rules don’t apply to the executive anymore, f*** SCOTUS, f*** their little opinion, keep the people safe! F*** their religious bullhonkey

Next up: #SCOTUS will probably rule that churches don’t have to have accessible restrooms, build to the Electrical Code, install fire sprinklers, or get license plates for church vehicles. Any law you don’t like, just form a church and call yourself exempt. 🙄

The Senate managed to pass a SCOTUS nominee in 30 days, but can’t pass any meaningful relief for Americans?

@BreitbartNews Well you only need to hold the Senate to control SCOTUS appointments if recent behaviour by Graham and McConnell is anything to go by

What this twit & others fail to realize is even if THEY disregard the LAW, the SCOTUS DOESN’T. There’s NO “justification” for abuse of power as the SCOTUS recently ruled AGAINST don the con/admin/cabinet. That’s why #BidenWins & why drumpf looses.

There is no chance SCOTUS will review the suit dismissed by Judge Brann seeking to block Pennsylvania’s certification. The lawyers representing the President are either delusional or intentionally misleading him and his supporters.
