@GraduatedBen @elonmusk In the EU LEDs have been mandatory for quite some time now and you have them in every color and shape you can think of. The ugly white light they used to emit s a thing if the past. Saves energy too..

@GraduatedBen @elonmusk Being photosensitive, I can attest to this partially, however LEDs still cause less migraines, especially the temperature control ones and the dimmable ones, when compared to other lighting sources. Fluorescents are terrible and take more power than led anyway..

@elonmusk @GraduatedBen LEDs cause migraines for me. I use red-hue blue light blocker clip-ons when driving at night and Edison bulbs at homes. Love them! I also use my phone in Night Shift mode at the warmest color temperature. Looked weird at first. Now others overly bright blue screens look off to me.

@GraduatedBen @elonmusk Incandescent bulbs are aweful they heat up a filament causing it to generate light. Bad flourescent bulbs flicker which is probably the problem. LEDs have none of those problems so long as you dont by them from wish.
@GraduatedBen Yeah this is a silly thing for the government to concern itself with, I use nice full spectrum LEDs but off the shelf incandescent is the best bang for your buck it you need full spectrum light..

@GraduatedBen Compact fluorescent lamps are junk. No reason for them to even be in the market place. Incandescent lamps (Tungsten filament) produce about 10 Lumens per watt. LEDs now produce about 100 Lumens per watt. Buy dimmable 2700K LED lamps..

@GraduatedBen Yes. Tiny electrical heating bulbs that give off light only as a secondary effect are better than a low energy highly efficient LED. Hay Elon then get rid of all those nasty LEDs in every factory and building you have. Can you spell hypocrite??.

@GabbyGabby222 In Florida you save a lot more than just lighting cost because of the cooling cost savings. We save about $40/mo in the summer. LEDs have improved. They’re dimmable and you can choose the color and intensity now. We did learn this the expensive way but have what we like now.
