David Perdue says he won’t run again, probably because he knows he would lose to Rev Sen Warnock. Again.
Perdue had dinner with and played a long round of golf with Trump last week. It did not go well. Two ppl briefed on the meetings said Trump was very focused on McConnell and Kemp and retribution. One person close to Perdue says that wasn’t related to his decision.
Perdue tells friends and associates he’s not running for GA senate in lengthy note.
If disgraced and defeated crook David Perdue wants to run against Sen, Warnock all I gotta tell him is Bring it
Perdue’s “We believe in the end, Senator Perdue will be victorious” seems a bit prophetic right now considering he is running in 2022. Maybe people were too quick to read over that part. Was weird when he said this as he took no legal action…. we will be back here in 2022.

Perdue might actually have a shot at beating Warnock, assuming @staceyabrams gets erased from our timeline by a massive shift in the spacetime continuum brought about by an accident at CERN.
@BidenLs @RyanGirdusky You should post a screen cap of Perdue promising to help implement Biden’s agenda.
@CharlesMBlow Perdue always came off as a dunce. Will he run away from debates, again?
Seriously tho, if republicans ever wanna win GA back they have to find new candidates. Loeffler and Perdue could possibly be two of the worst candidates ever. They both had the interpersonal skills of a fork. No joke. It was painful listening to them both speak
@WendyOrent Perdue is simply addicted to the inside investor info he had access to as a Senator The people of Georgia deserve better. The rest of us do as well. Thank you to Georgians for sweeping your trash out of the Senate We all hope you can keep it that way
Great. Perdue will be a 2 time GQP senate candidate loser 2 years in a row. Bring it!

If Ossoff, who I predicted was going to lose until 2 weeks before the election, could beat Perdue, Warnock will probably wipe the floor with him
Fun fact: Perdue still holds the record for most votes received in GA election history.
@joec522 If Perdue wins the primary, Warnock will win. If another Republican beats Perdue in the primary, Georgia might just elect another GOP Senator
Bring it Chicken 🐔Perdue. I hope you will debate someone this time.

Perdue exploring 2022 Senate run against Warnock, files with FEC
Former Senator David Perdue, who lost his seat to Senator Jon Ossoff in last month’s runoff election, has filed paperwork to run for the seat currently occupied by Senator Raphael Warnock in 2022 (Warnock won the special election to fill Johnny Isakson’s seat)
Top adviser to Perdue says this is legal step, not an announcement. “He is close to making a decision, leaning heavily towards it, but will decide in next few weeks.”
They also spent a lot of money trying to re-elect Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue and keep Mitch McConnell in charge of the Senate.
